Achs (Asociación Chilena de Seguridad) is the largest social security insurance provider in Chile and manages the largest private healthcare network in the country. The firm is the market leader with a 51% market share.

What do I need to succeed in the role?

Leadership is one of the key aspects we seek for in individuals, which is why applicants must also be interested in leading and being part of extraordinary and multidisciplinary teams.
Business proficiency in Spanish is also a requirement, as most of the work involves interacting with native Spanish speakers.

Some of the roles we recruit for in the program are leadership positions in our Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Corporate Strategy, Health Operations, HR and Analytics teams, among others.
All available positions have a direct link to the core business of the company and will be supervised by a C-suite executive.
