Key Responsibilities:

1. Deep Understanding of Product:
– Gain a comprehensive understanding of Tutenlabs’ product offerings and their impact on existing clients.
– Conduct market research to identify key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our solutions.

2. Client Segmentation and Market Positioning:
– Analyze the market to segment clients based on industry, size, and specific needs.
– Identify the unique characteristics and pain points of each client segment to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
– Utilize frameworks like CHASM Crossing to understand the adoption lifecycle of our products and tailor messaging accordingly.

3. Commercial Material Development:
– Create marketing decks, one-pagers, and other collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products, ensuring that each material is tailored to resonate with different client archetypes.
– Craft compelling success stories showcasing how our solutions have helped clients achieve their goals, customizing narratives to align with the specific needs and pain points of each client segment.
– Develop product demos and technical spec sheets to highlight key functionalities and benefits, adapting content to address the unique requirements of diverse client archetypes.
– Design proposal templates to streamline the sales process and enhance client engagement, incorporating elements that speak directly to the concerns and priorities of various client segments.

4. Collaboration and Communication:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to gather insights and align messaging.
– Communicate effectively with team members to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and alignment with strategic objectives.

5. Continuous Improvement:
– Monitor the effectiveness of marketing materials and gather feedback from internal stakeholders and clients for continuous improvement.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in product marketing to enhance our strategies.

Requirements:

– Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a focus on product marketing or a related field.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research findings.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant marketing tools.
– Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results.
