Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing core Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes to access, monitor, mitigate, and report on risk from third party supplier relationships

Responsibilities
Improve and expand a single, integrated TPRM process by scaling suppliers and risk domains
Lead supplier risk assessments, due diligence, audits, issue management, recertification, and termination procedures in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Monitor and report on potential risks for key suppliers within Direct, Indirect and Capex
Drive cross-functional collaboration between internal stakeholders (i.e., Line of Business (LOB), Legal, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
Identify and support initiative that increase supplier productivity/performance
Ensure compliance with applicable legal/regulatory and contractual requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain alignment with industry best-practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
5+ years of relevant TPRM experience
3+ years of Risk assessment and Corporate Social Responsibility experience
3+ years of providing thought leadership on TPRM senior stakeholders
Performs under minimal supervision with accountability for specific goals and objectives
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $121,000-$139,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
